Prior to Adtopia Tim was the COO and General Manager of Precinct Design (formerly IdeaAssociates). Commencing with the two owners in 2002 he grew the design business to a team of 70, purchasing the Precinct Brand and RossBarr Design along the way. Selling into the ASX Listed Enero Group and merging with ABT (Australian Business Theatre) were highlights however, 10 years in, and it was the time to get out and do his own thing.

With 35+ years in the industry he instinctively know what works and what doesn’t (think Gordon Ramsey but without all the swearing) and would love the opportunity to work with you and your team to reach Advertising Utopia (or as we like to call it, Adtopia).

Tim will be your main point of contact for any Consulting Projects and Workamajig Installations.

“I truly love my work and I do throw everything into each project however I also understand the need for a sensible work/life balance. I’m passionate about the environment (and where it’s heading) and about cycling (road, track and mountain biking). I’m also pretty handy on a squash court and love dancing (kizomba, salsa, bachata and zouk). Throw in a few movies, galleries, museums, zoos and the occasional restaurant, and that’s my relaxation.

Sailing is also fast becoming another interest, having recently purchased a Laura Dekker MiniCat, with the ultimate goal of one day upgrading to a live-a-board and heading off around the world with my partner Julia www.artboxworkshops.com.au. The online work from home zoom world has made this truly possible so, once her child is off to university, who knows. It’s quite a few years off yet but I’d better start learning to sail.”
